Museums
Kuching has a few museums quite close to each other in Kuching's old town centre. They are Chinese History Museum, Textile Museum, Natural History Museum, Art Museum, Sarawak Museum and Islamic Museum on the chinese mayor side of town.
Cat Museum, Astana and the Fort Margherita are on the opposite side of the river bank, the malay mayor side of town.

Sarawak people are multi religious, mainly muslim, christian, taoism, and other minority religions.

Ngemah Longhouse
Ngemah Longhouse is one of the Iban villages located far inland, by the Lemanak River bank near the Malaysia-Indonesia border.

3. Nature Reserves

Semenggoh Nature Reserve
This is a large area reserved by the Sarawak State Government to protect the habitat of the Orang Utan. Injured Oran Utans are also taken to this place for rehabilitation.
